When is it ok to display the llc name after the approved application or after the publication? I am located in AZ

From my reading of Arizona's rules, you can begin using your LLC name after you have an approved application.

If you fail to publish (or fail to return your affidavit of publishing within 90 days), then your LLC will be void and you will be potentially personally liable on any contract you entered into under the LLC's name.
