to whom to file the single member LLC operating agreement?

I registered an LLC, it intents to be a single member LLC(I am the member), I had the operating agreement written. my question is, should I just keep the copy of this agreement with article of organization and other files of this LLC, or should I file with State/County, or notarize it?
