Forming
a Utah Limited Liability Company for your business is an excellent
decision. Your Utah LLC can enjoy both the simplified pass through taxation
of partnerships and the limited liability of a corporation. An LLC has
fewer formalities after formation than a corporation--meaning you can
focus on your business and not on paperwork.
The formation and registering of
LLCs in Utah is handled by the Utah Department of Commerce, Division of
Corporations & Commercial Code.
Help protect your personal assets
from lawsuits and judgments against your company by forming a Utah LLC.
If you neglect to incorporate your business, you can be held personally liable for business debts and lawsuits. Find out about forming a legal Utah Limited Liability Company and start your business off on the right track.
