How do I make changes after forming my LLC?

In order for a limited liability to make changes to its filing, the LLC must file an Amended Application for Admission. The Secretary of State provides a form for this purpose which can be found at the Illinois Secretary of State website. The filing fee is $150.

Series LLC

Illinois recognizes series LLCs. The application for an Illinois series LLC is different from a regular LLC Articles of Organization, and the filing fee is higher ($750 for a series limited liability company as of Sep. 2005).
